| 1. How to use Vonroz Liberty? |
Choose your destination from the scroll down menu on our home page and type in the corresponding access number. Once you have been connected to our audio server, you will hear a reminder of the cost of the call and will be asked after the "tone" to type the number of the person you would like to call. Press the hash button once you have typed the number you would like to call. For France: type the international prefix (0033) and then the number of the person you are trying to reach, whilst leaving out the first 0. For international calls : type the internationl prefix and then the number you are trying to reach.

| 2. Could you please give me a realistic example of how to use Vonroz Liberty ? |
You'd like to call Algeria fixed. You choose this destination from the scroll down menu.
- In order to call your friend on his fixed line in Algeria, you have to dial 0821 61 50 50, and then when you are asked to dial the number of the person you want to call, you do so after the "Tone" and finish off by pressing the hash button. The call will cost you 0.09 EUR/minute. This way if you stay on line with him for 5 minutes the total cost of the call will be billed to you at 0.45 EUR.
- There is no subscription charge as international communication is billed at the price of 08XX dialled
- The cost of the call will appear on your bill which you get from your operator (France Telecom, Free, Neuf Telecom, Alice, etc....)
- The service also works from mobile phones, but certain mobile operators add a surcharge for 08XX numbers. Please check with your operator.

| 3. Specifics for the DOM - TOMs |
For the DOM TOMs: type the internaional prefix + the regional prefix + the tel number. Example for Martinique : 00 + 596 + 596+ XX XX XX mobile : 00 592 + 690 XX XX XX. Example for Reunion 00 + 262 + 262 + XX XX XX mobile 00 262 + 692 XX XX XX XX

| 4. Can i call from my mobile? |
Yes, however, but the access numbers for Vonroz Liberty may be higher. Please check with your mobile operator in order to know the rates for 08XX numbers.

| 5. Who will bill me? Do you have to subscribe? |
You will be billed by your current mobile operator. The service also works with all the other alternative operators but the cost of access numbers may vary.
You can use this service from any telephone without any preliminary subscription or prepayment. The service is of course available without any fixed contract period.

| Billing and limitations |

| 1. How are you able to offer such low rates? |
Our rates are ultra competitive because the whole service is automated and because we are able to lower the operating costs of the service.....but never to the detriment of the quality of service!

| 2. What is the cost of a local connection? |
It is the price of what you are billed by your current operator for a local call in France, as if it were using France Telecom or another telecom operator. Via France Telecom the actual rate is 1.4 cent/mn during off-peak hours and 2.8 cent/mn during peaking hours. France Telecom bills a minmum of 7.8 cents on 0811 numbers.

| 3. How do i call a number that isn't on your rate list? |
These obscure destinations are not currently offered by Vonroz Liberty. We are planning to open these destinations in the near future.

| 4. Will i be charged if my correspondant does not reply or if the number is busy? |
Yes the billing starts as soon as you are connected to the Vonroz Liberty service.

| 1. How to get in contact? |
Using the www.vonroz.com website, go to the Vonroz Liberty web page and click on 'contact'. Ask your question and our customer service department will get back to you as soon as possible

| 2. I cannot get through to the person I am trying to reach ? |
Are you typing the right number? Is the number you are calling still a valid number? Did you wait until the tone before dialing the number ? Have you dialed the number with an international format ? If your problems persist please let us know by contacting us

| 3. ) Why do i get disconnected after 30mins when i call a 0891 or a 0892 number? |
The incumbent operator limits calls to 30 mins when calling 0891 or 0892 numbers. We cannot do anything about this unfortunately.
